How can I find my correct size?

 All our products have a “Size Guide” chart to check the size conversion to international sizes and standards.

Can I return an item?

We do not accept returns or refunds; however, you can exchange your items in one of our local stores using the original receipt. For more information, kindly refer to our Exchange Policy.

How can I find a physical store?

You can find all our available physical stores locations and contact information under Locate Us.

Can I pay online?

We accept credit and debit cards from Visa, MasterCard and American Express for online payments. At the checkout page, select “Pay Online” as the payment method. When you click on “Checkout”, the payment gateway will open so that you can securely enter your card information.
Once the payment is successful you will be redirected to the receipt page.

Can I pay cash on delivery?

Yes, we accept cash payments. At checkout select “Cash on Delivery” as the payment method. You can pay in cash once your products are delivered to you.

How can I use a Promo Code?

-Once you have selected all the items you want in your shopping bag, click on “checkout”.
- When you have completed log-in or registration, you will be redirected to the checkout page.
- Click on “Promo Code/Gift Card” on the right.
- A section will open to add the promo code. Write the code then click on the arrow on the left.
- If the code is valid, the related amount will be deducted from the total checkout amount. If the code is invalid, no deduction will be applied.
- You can choose to proceed with the deduction or cancel the promo code.

How can I edit an address I already created?

You can edit any address under the “Address Book” section in your account. You will find a list of all your saved shipping and billing addresses.
Go to the address you wish to change and click on the “Edit” button on the bottom right of the address. Once your changes are made, click on “Update Address”.

How can I review a previous order?

You can review all your orders under the “My Orders” section in your account.
