Customers can exchange items purchased online in physical stores only; you can check our available stores under Locate Us.

The items cannot be returned or refunded.

Items purchased before a promotion and exchanged during the promotion will be exchanged at the current promotional price.

Items exchange is applicable only if the original receipt is present and the items have the original label attached.

Exchange can be done only once on the receipt bill.

Exchange period is up to 15 days from purchase date for non-sale products, and 7 days for sale products.

Which items can be exchanged? In general, our products can be exchanged only if the original label is still attached and the original receipt is present.

The exceptions below apply:

- Women Panties and Girl Panties cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded.

- Men Boxers cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded.

- Fragrances and Creams cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded.

- Shapewear and Seamless cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded.

- Bra Accessories cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded.

- Women Tights, Girls Tights, Women Socks, Girls Socks, Men Socks cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded.

- Swimwear bottoms can be exchanged only if the protective hygiene sticker is still on the product and if the original label is still attached.  

Liquidation or special price items cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded.
